Austin Commercial was selected for a new 1,500,000 SF project at a confidential wafer fab facility in the Western US. Scope included 120,000 SF semiconductor fab, an 80,000 SF Class 1 cleanroom for 200-nm production, support buildings for IWT, DI water, bulk gas, chemical storage, and office spaces.
